Albert HankenneIn my capacity as Bailli Délégué of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs of Belgium, I welcome you to our site.

Being keen enthusiasts for the pleasures of the table, members of the Confrérie of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs – both Chefs and Gourmets – stand up for "Gastronomy" – the art of fine dining in a friendly spirit of fraternity, friendship and respect for each other.

Lunches and dinners are held regularly by our Confrérie in renowned restaurants and prestigious venues. These promote the discovery of excellent places to dine and also of talented chefs. At the same time they strengthen the bonds of friendship between members.

With more than 25,000 members in over seventy countries, the Chaîne grows and develops steadily, with the creation of new Bailliages.

The atmosphere of brotherhood, true hospitality and warm friendship, which presides over the events – both national and international – is quite remarkable in that you can feel at home wherever in the world you are.

The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is also a bridge between different cultures. As such, it aims to support, wherever it appears necessary, the poor, especially children. Therefore, at an international level, the Chaîne has founded “L’Association Caritative de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs” (ACCR), a non-profit association created to provide support and assistance through initiatives and global aid programs.
